I have a large file that contains ~600k rows with 1 field that is important for grouping. This field has approx 280 unique values in it(ex values like "Texas 1", "Virginia 3", "Iowa 14"). I would like to have unique exports that only contain the rows associated with each of these unique fields (essentially, 280 exports that contain all fields with the same unique value).
Is there a simple way to do this without manually configuring 280 filters and 280 exports? Is there a way to wildcard this so all rows with the value "Texas 1" are put into 1 export with the export name being "Texas 1" and so on with all other unique values?
your project needs a summary export, where the summary is configured in Monarch to use the field you want to split files on as the "Key" and all the other data you want in the report as the "Items". You then configure the export to "Split". "Each distinct value of the first key makes a separate file or table"
