    Automator error

    Tennyson Kaniampady

      Hi All,

While scheduling a job ( a project and model created from datawatch monarch)  it throws the error repeatedly.  The model connects to oracle instance and fetches data froma single table and exports to a csv file.  When we run the model in DW Monarch it works fine. But once we try to run from the automator , it fails.  If we read from a csv file and write to another csv file it works. This shows that there is something which causes problem from the database connection.

Can someone thro light into this why this error occurs.

      thanks in advance

      Tennyson

Is it possible to post the job log so we can see the error?  How does your model connect to oracle (ODBC, OLEDB, etc.)?  When you are running through Monarch, is that installed on the same machine as Automator?

Most likely the problem is going to be with a missing driver, but the above questions will help pin down where the issue might be.
