Unfortunately, I don't have monarch 11.8, but I believe the same functionality existed back then.
Assuming your data is fairly consistent, you should be able to create a detail template capturing 4 lines of data. Select the 4 lines of data to be your sample:
Replace Sample Text.
Set the trap line to line #4
and your trap to BLANK,ALPHA, ALPHA, ALPHA, ALPHA, BLANK
You can then define your fields in the sample text area as before.

I mentioned that I was using a model for the K’s and a model for the W’s and hoped to combine them. One thing I overlooked when I posted my question is that some station call letters are followed by “-TV”, as in “KAKE-TV” and some have “TV” at the end without the hyphen, like “WMTV TV”. The sample I gave just didn’t have any on it. To get around this I was using the image below for the W’s. Same approach for the K’s in the other model. And since I did not think about it then, this part of what you gave me won’t work because of the blank at the end:
