One way of approaching this is to have these two processes:
- Process 1 - Run both exports and place the export files in an email folder (i.e. a folder that Process 2 will monitor for files to send out)
- Process 2 - Monitor email folder and send out email if a file arrives
Process 1 should then have the following settings in the Model & Verifications tab:
(Go to the General tab and under Project File Paths, click on the Open in Project Editor icon.)
- Check the box for "Following filter produces no rows" (you'd have to create a Filter in the model, depending on what you are trying to export)
- At the "If verification fails:" option, choose Stop
This should stop the process from producing an export if there were no records filtered.
Hope this works.
