Move a data field to same field in row above

Hi. I'm relatively new to Monarch, and here's what I've run into:

I have a report that will be thousands of rows long that has an inconsistency in which row check numbers are shown. In some sections of the report the check number appears on the same row with the other data related to the payment (date, vendor, etc.). But there are intermittent sections where the number "1" shows in place of the check number and the check number appears below it on a row that is blank the rest of the way across.

The correct rows look like this:

      Check#               Vendor

      11011416           20129    BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.      1,284.59

The problem rows look like this:

      Check#               Vendor

                1                20129    BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.      1,284.59

      11011416

I need to get the #1 off and replace it with the check number from the second row.

      I'm using Monarch 11.

      Thanks!

      Roy
