Can Monarch help me fill in the blanks on a report?

    Bernadette Armstrong

This is a schedule (similar to something a doctor might use to schedule patients).  The data can only come out of this system in a report and the report doesn't list the full times in the 'time' column.  It lists the hour and then every line after that is a 10 minute increment until the next hour.  For example:

        9:00  **Continuing Care **

         :10  **Continuing Care **

         :20  **Continuing Care **

         :30  **Continuing Care **

         :40  H1 SMITH, BOB ID NUMBER 9 XXX-XXXX

         :40  H1 JONES, SUSAN NUMBER 9 XXX-XXXX

you can see that the appointments do not all start on the hour but I need to know that Bob Smith's appointment starts at 9:40 and Susan Jones appointment starts at 10:40 etc. Does anyone have any ideas on how I might be able to grab the 'hour' and place it before the minutes? As in 9:10, 9:20 etc.  I've tried using a trap on the first line and grabbing all 6 lines, but then I end up with each set of minutes in it's own column to the right and I still couldn't figure out how to get the hour to show before the minutes.  Any help is appreciated.  Thank you.
