Sorry, I've been reading through the forum and coming across similar questions about variation in lines from an imported PDF report but I'm still stuck.
I've imported a PDF contact list and I can't find a pattern to focus on for an Append template.
I've pasted a sample below (apologies...it's pretty terrible):
BlueScope Client IT Enterprise Peter Application
Steel Limited Portfolio
Bunnings Prospect Enterprise Peter Group
Group Ltd Financial
Deloitte Partner Peter Senior
IBM Australia Partner Sales & Peter BA Sales
Limited Marketing Specialist
Basically - 6 columns which can be blank - least number of rows for a contact is 2, most is 6...and there doesn't seem to be anything common except for a completely blank row between contacts.
