Make one header row be table col headers but not display in table.

I have a report that looks like the following

      Cost Center     000- 55 DAYS      56- 83 DAYS      84-111 DAYS

      CW00000         $          0     $          0     $          0

      HF00000         $          0     $          0     $          0

      HL00000         $          0     $          0     $          0

      MT00000         $         51     $          0     $          0

      /CODE

I want the 000-55 days, 56-83 days, 84-11 days etc to be my table headers and NOT show up in the table other then that.  Those headers can be different from report to report.  The next one might be 000 - 120 days, 121 - 280 days and so on.  So I'd like those as the header row and then the first row in the table to be

      CW00000         $          0     $          0     $          0 /CODE

Is there any way I can accomplish this?  I'm trying to do it with calculated fields now with no luck.  Also I have a page number that I can trap and if it's greater then page one I know I've already got my header info and don't need it again if that helps.

      Thanks.
