    Count function in Summaries

I've looked around the software but just cannot find any way to put a count on a non numeric field in the summary function. I wanted to build a summary by representative with a count of the customer base for each rep?

          Hello Jlain,

Yes, you can solve this in Monarch. First define a filter in the Table view, using the advanced options to restrict the data to unique records per customer account. Then define a summary with representative and customer as the keys, and count() as the measure. Edit the display options for the representative key to show subtotals, and you've got your data. If you want to collapse the listing, exporting to Excel with drill-up/drill-down should help.

          Best wishes,
