Firstly, upgrade to Monarch 10,5 - it is faster.
Secondly, tweak the registry setting to get Monarch to write a log file every time you run it. You can then see what takes the time, to the milisecond.
Thirdly, split the ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) stages of your model to one Monarch project, that exports the data to a local MDB file.
Then run your output model against that and the summaries won't take an age as Monarch won't have to go hunting across the network for data.
I think Olly was referring to the logging in V11, rather than 10.5.
I will be posting some information on the V11 logging mechanism soon.
