Unfortunately, Microsoft has not enabled the ability for the 32-bit and 64-bit drivers for ACCDB files to co-exist in Office 2010.
As Monarch is a 32-bit application, it cannot use the 64-bit drivers for ACCDB that exist in Office 2010 64-bit. If you try to circumvent this by downloading and attempting to install the 32-bit drivers, it fails during the installation and informs you that you must remove all 64-bit versions of Office 2010 products before installing the 32-bit engine.
The 2010 drivers are available here http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=c06b8369-60dd-4b64-a44b-84b371ede16d, for reference.
However, there is a workaround.
Obtain the 2007 Office System Driver (which is 32-bit only) and install it AFTER you have installed Office 2010. This will then add the 32-bit driver that Monarch can use.
I would advise you to get a copy of this quickly, before Microsoft realise and alter it so that it does not install when 64-bit Office 2010 is detected.

I've some problems with Monarch 10.5 and Office 2010-64 bit. Its not possible to open a connection in a accdb-File (the same accdb in 2007-32 bit no problem). I get the message "Could not open the database", also it´s impossible to put some data in the database (via Export). In Office 2007 with the same files and models it´s no problem.
Sorry for my english, I need it very rarely
I hope some users may help me.
With best regards
