    How do I refresh an Excel worksheet

      I have a report in Excel which references data in five other tabs.  Those tabs are created/overwritten by Monarch each time I wish to update the data.  My problem is when I open the Excel file to print the report, it does not reflect the new data written by Monarch.  I have tried Calc now (F9), but nothing changes.  The only thing that seems to work is to open every single cell for editing and then close it.  As you might guess-a big waste of time.

       

      Anybody know what to do?
