If nothing else, a reinstall might be a good idea.
I am trying to upgrade the Datapump V8 PRO to Datapump Std V9 and when I try to run the same project from V8 in V9 environment, some of the files could not email out correctly. Below is the error I got from datapump V9 Environment.
Operation = Email
Status = Failed
Start = 03-17-2009 11:27:24
Stop = 03-17-2009 11:27:24
Message = MyfileName Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.
We need to determine which emails fail.
Specifically, do all emails without attachments work?
Do all emails with attachments fail?
Do only zip attachments fail?
If emails without attachments work, it certainly is related to the attachments and if only zip attachments fail, then it might be a problem writing out the temporary zip file.
Plus, I would like to see the original (and entire) XML log file that contains the error message.

Yes, I have contacted tech support and they are unable to help me. I did try to uninstall and install it back again. However, I still have the same problem. Can you think of any other ways that I can troubleshoot?
