dos command line question w/ Monarch Pro V9.02

I have a question about running Monarch Pro V9 from the command line using dos commands. For years we previously had individual licenses with Monarch loaded on each individual box. We are transitioning to the concurrent user license configuration with the monarch app now loaded on a separate share drive (x drive), not on the c: drive of each box. In our pilot testing, the dos commands to invoke Monarch from the command line no longer run monarch projects in a sequential order. Here is a sample code of what we are using to invoke the monarch app.

In this example, the Monarch app is housed on drive x:

      x:

      cd..

      cd..

      cd..

      cd\Program

      Monarch /prj:"
      cfoworld\ap\Projects\Monarch\CLLEG\CLLEG Updated.xprj" /pxall

      Monarch /prj:"
      cfoworld\ap\Projects\Monarch\CLLEG\Not Sel for Pymt Lookup Table.xprj" /pxall

      Monarch /prj:"
      cfoworld\ap\Projects\Monarch\CLLEG\CLLEG Final.xprj" /pxall

In this above example, we are running 3 sequential projects. The problem we are now experiencing is that Monarch opens all 3 projects at once, instead of sequentially. The output from the preceding project is needed as the data source for the next project, etc.
