You need to use the path that points to the folder, not the ASP page that you see in IE.
It will be something like this:
I don't think you will need the %20 (replacement character for a space) but if the path above does not work, you can try using it instead of a space.
However, I need some additional documentation regarding this ability, is there more info available?
What I'd like to do is copy a file to a SharePoint Shared Document folder, but I'm getting errors. The target directory looks like this:
