      We are getting the following error when one of our users is starting Monarch Pro.  Any ideas?


      Cannot open the file msxml4.dll (0x80040154).  File is missing or version is incorrect.

          Hi Jack,


          First check that the file does, in fact, exist in C:Windowssystem32.


          Depending on the OS and if the User installs current updates, check the version.


          Also check the Security to make sure the User has access to it.


          If all of the above checks out, re-regester it.
