    8.02 network upgrade, original install machine unavailable

      I'd like to apply the 8.02 update to my named-user network installation, but the machine that was the original installer doesn't exist anymore. The update installer is insisting on making the install from that non-existent machine.

          Hi,

           

          This is unfortunate. Monarch works with the Registry on both the Server and Clients.

           

          Since the machine that held the Registry Items is no longer available, your only option is to perform a complete uninstall and reinstall of Monarch to the Server.

           

          Backup C:Program_FilesMonarchProgrammonuser.reg

           

          This file holds your User Names and may be pasted to the same directory when your new installation is complete to recover your number of licenses and User Names.
