    Multiple Columns Exported to List

    cbest _

Hopefully this is a simple one for somebody.  I'm using Monarch Pro V6.00.  Here is the report I get:

      ACCOUNT: 0337    OUTSIDE WORK

Prod     Value     Prod     Value     Prod     Value

      0260       125     0260RS    1000     6100     32100

      TOTAL FOR 0337  33225

I have dollar values for each product code (being 0260, 0260RS, 6100, etc.) for many different accounts.  There are up to 7 prod codes and amounts per line on the report.  The columns do line up correctly and I can trap the prod code and amounts, but I need a list exported to excel that would show me each code listed down a column in excel, like this:

      acct 0337

      pc.......amt

      0260.....125

      0260RS...1000

      6100.....32100

or with each line having the Acct #, then Prod Code, then Amt like this:

      0337.....0260.....125

      0337.....0260RS...1000

      0337.....6100.....32100

Is there anything to stop you upgrading to V7? If you could do that your problem would be solved in seconds since multi-column processing is available.

Other than that things get messy. You might find that creating 7 versions of the model, shifted for each column group and then running the process up to 7 times via a script would be the easiest way to go. Concatenate the results in to one file at the end. (Or just open them all in Monarch and sort the results?)

Personally I would go to V7 if at all possible and get a full suit of extra functionality as well as the multi-column processing.

I hope this helps in some way.
