      3514 20 WWD  19; 2561 10 WOK  95;

      I would like the information prior to each ; to be a separate record in table view.  This one has me stumped.  I then plan to parse the data using functions in table view.

      Thanks,

          Do you have version 7? If yes using the advanced field properties you should work by using the ";" character to seperate fields.

          If not if will be a fair bit of work.

          Let us know.

            Have you considered using the Prep or MSRP utilities to modify the file before processing it?

            It should be possible to give each block of data its own line and then you would have a series of lines that could be treated as 4 field records.

            If you have Monarch PRO version you could read the file as a database with each field separated by ";" and then parse the resulting fields. However that would assume that each ";" delimits a FIELD whereas in this case you describe them as RECORDS, in which case it would only work for a very limited number of 'records'.
