    Missing file MFWFIL32.DLL

    JerryT _

Users are running Windows 98 and connects via Terminal Services to Windows 2000 Server to run Monarch reports (Monarch Version 6.0).

      Error message received:

MFWFIL32.DLL File is missing or version is incorrect.

Monarch works fine on some PCs and it does not on others.   Since all connect via Microsoft's Terminal Services it cannot be the W2K Server.  What needs to be re-installed and where?

          Hi

This file should be located in Program FilesCommon FilesDatawatch Shared

Monarch locates this file using an entry in the

          HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMicrosoftCurrentVersionApp PathsMonarch.exe registry key.

Please be aware that you require a license for each user that is running Monarch, either via a Named user license or a Concurrent user license, when using Terminal services.
