You can get the result you want by defining a filter with this formula:
[font="courier"]Mod(,100)=0 /font[/quote]The Mod function, or modulus, "Returns the remainder after dividing number 1 by number 2".
By comparing the result of the function to zero, you'll exclude all rows which have a value in YourField which is not evenly divisible by 100.

As to general Monarch certification, I was involved in a discussion on that topic with a senior Datawatch manager during the User Conference this past May. I think it would take some convincing for them to implement such a program at this time. Perhaps if there were enough demonstrated interest, they could be persuaded. Comments from the group?
I'm not certain what, if anything, is given to students after they attend the formal classes and/or seminars as I've only attended the conferences.
