I am working with our AP dept and here is the rub. We are on version 7.
2 of the clients are experiencing the issue and 2 are not. Settings seem to be the same. Previously an uninstall and reinstall rectified the issue ( cant figure that one out)but did not this time.
I have seen posts regardng this and a script was suggested but with these clients this is not an option.
Any insight would be appreciated.
