The Steps & Notes in regards to Upgrading Monarch 14 to Monarch 15.
With a Major Release Update, i.e. 14 to 15, it will require a NEW activation code which is at NO Cost while under current maintenance & support. If you are OUT of Support-Maintenance you will need to contact your Account Manager. If you are not sure whom that is you may email: firstname.lastname@example.org
- You will want to contact Datawatch Support to provide you with a NEW license activation code.
- You and your team will need to deactivate/uninstall the existing license
- Upgrade the client (*download latest client from the Support Portal)
- Install & apply the NEW license code which our Support Team can provide guidance & assistance.
